  • 5.1 Payment Processing: All payments for Discord bot subscriptions and other services are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • 5.2 Subscription Services: New paid subscriptions tied to EASHL data are temporarily paused while we review platform compliance. Existing subscribers may continue to manage or cancel billing through the available account and subscription management tools.
  • 5.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.
  • 5.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Discord bot commands or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • 5.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
  • 5.6 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe, including international cards.

6. Refund Policy

  • 6.1 Subscription Refunds: Refunds for Discord bot subscriptions are available within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal if you have not used the subscription features extensively.
  • 6.2 Service Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • 6.3 Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@chelhead.com within the applicable refund period.
  • 6.4 Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

  • 7.1 All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • 7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without our prior written consent.
